Ferrugia Mechanical's History

In 1959 Victor Ferrugia began providing air conditioning and heating sales and service to homeowners in the southwest side of Houston. By the mid sixties his business, now operating under the name of V.J. Ferrugia Company had expanded to include commercial and industrial refrigeration to the fast growing food service industry. The national client list included such names as Steak & Ale, International House of Pancakes, Holiday Inn, and Alfie's Fish & Chips.

In 1975 Victor sold the commercial side of his business and moved his residential air conditioning business to Magnolia. Now operated by his youngest son Michael, Ferrugia Mechanical now provides residential and light commercial air conditioning sales and service to the fast growing Magnolia, Tomball, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Montgomery, Plantersville, Dobbin, Pinehurst, Klein, Hockley, Navasota, Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita areas.
